For help with Linguiny, email support@linguiny.app. Include the email address on your account, your iPhone model, iOS version, and a short description or screenshot of the issue.
Account and data
Open Profile in Linguiny to sign out, export your data, or delete your account. Account deletion removes your personal learning data and active sessions.
Learning and collections
Words you save appear in To Learn. Study through the flashcards, then use your collections and weekly progress to return to anything you want to practice again.
Sign-in trouble
Check that your device is online, update Linguiny through TestFlight or the App Store, then try again. If you use Apple or Google sign-in, use the same Apple Account or Google Account that created the Linguiny account.
